			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>People who live in Wisconsin may see their <a href="http://www.usinsuranceonline.com/auto-insurance-quotes.php" title="Auto Insurance">auto insurance</a> rates go up soon.</p>
<p>According to the Green Bay, Wisconsin, television station NBC 26, a new law requiring uninsured motorist coverage on all auto insurance policies is set to take effect on November 1 of this year. Furthermore, minimums on insurance policy coverage will see an increase as well.</p>
<p>John Allen, an insurance agent in the area, told the station that the result will be higher insurance costs for people in the state.</p>
